MESUË, JOANNES, the Younger [i. e., Yuhanna ibn Masawaih al-Mardini], attributed to. Divi Mesue et nova quedam ultra ea que secum associari co[n]sueveru[n]t opera. Title in red and black, with Giunta woodcut device. 388 leaves (but with leaves 232-258 ripped out). Folio, contemporary blind-tooled morocco over wooden boards with concentric ornamental roll borders on covers, worn, portions of leather missing from bottom of spine and front cover, brass catches, lacks clasps; early marginalia, several small wormholes through opening leaves not impairing legibility, occasional minor marginal soiling and stains.
